F&B Assistant (Themepark)

**Position Summary**:The role as F&B Assistant is responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies. To provide a friendly and efficient service to all the guest by presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times. Processing their requests and orders to ensure all items are prepared properly on a timely basis. To also have a thorough working knowledge of the LEGOLAND safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards.**Scope and Responsibilities**:- Must understand and meet all guest expectations and have the ability to communicate.- Must maintain high service standards with children as a primary focus.- Needs to serve all guests in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner.- Needs to work with other team members to provide a positive guest experience.**Background and Experience**:- Graduates of high school or other equivalent levels of education.- Minimum one (1) year experience in Food & Beverage outlet or completion of trade apprenticeship/internship.- Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course.**Additional Information**:- Malaysian.- Fully vaccinated.- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends to support park operations.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timeApplication Question(s):- Have you received the booster dose vaccination?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- F&B Service: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Food Handling (preferred)
