Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- To coordinate and support Food & Beverage Department (F&B and Culinary) in administration, reservation and to liaise with all the other hotel departments in order to ensure smooth F&B Outlets operation.- Creating an atmosphere of hospitality and guests delights, while coordinating the operation of Food & Beverage Outlets.- To monitor all the restaurants bookings diary (walk in /reservation, etc) and to inform the Restaurant Manager and Chefs of any party requirements or special bookings/requirements and produces menu, place cards, and signs as appropriate.- To report and record any guest feedback (compliments/complaints), in order to improve the service levels.- To be fully confident with all the F&B Standards of the Outlets and to follow all policies and procedures of the Hotel and the Outlet.- To blast any new promotion and ensure all are aware on the information.- To assist the operation team whenever needed which not only limited to administration task.**Requirements**:- SPM, certificate or Diploma in related field- Minimum 1 year working experience in the same role- Multitask and at the same time able to prioritize work- Able to work as a team- Presentable and good communication skills- Able to start immediately is an advantage**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- F&B Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Food Handling and Typhoid Jab (required)
