Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with experience in restaurant management, preferably QSR chain restaurants
Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Your Responsibilities:
Managing smooth operations of cloud kitchen teams and riders
Ensuring daily operations are in compliance with food safety, cleanliness standards and all legal aspects
Ensure and maintain food consistency and quality
Active contribution towards optimisation of SOPs and processes
Ensuring cloud kitchen crews and riders hygiene are maintained at all times
Ensuring sufficient headcount of riders and cloud kitchen crews
Constant training for cloud kitchen crews and riders to maintain high performance
