F&B Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations include menu planning and costs, preparation and presentation of food and drinks, and comply with quality, health and safety regulations.- Establish sales targets, KPI's, schedules, operation policies and procedures and formulates sales planning strategy.- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility & budget developing.- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.- Maintain & guarantee sales targets and service quality according to plans and procedures.- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.**Job Requirements**:- Posses at least a Culinary Diploma or Degree in Food Service Management, or any other related field.- Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience is required.- Proven F&B management experience.- Knowledge in various software programs, including MS Office, restaurant management software, POS.- Good communication and leadership skills.- Up-to-date with F&B trends and best practices.- Goal-oriented and service-minded.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shift
