Facilities Engineer

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.JR47268 Facilities Engineer-Responsible for managing and maintaining equipment which monitors and controls engineering systems, machinery and processes.-Responsible for the design, installation, calibration and maintenance of instrumentation & control for related equipment and systems.-Control related maintenance tools, store and equipment-Responsible for all instruments and control system (such as PLC, HMI, SCADA). ---To support routine maintenance work for all instruments and control system.-Deal with emergencies breakdown, unplanned issues and repairs Initiate and involve in control system continuous improvement plan and machinery automation. -To oversee installation and testing of new control system and instrumentation. -Supervise and coordinate with consultants and contractors on expansion projects or modification works which compliance to specifications and projects schedule. --Responsible for the establishment/setup of preventive maintenance schedule and checklists for machineries and submit monthly report.-Effectively manage all related control system and instrumentation documentation Respond to all emergency calls for instrumentation & control issues and ensure the issues are rectified promptly.-Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage (as needed) to ensure business continuity.-Supervise work of the team members and contractors to ensure work is done and complied to safety regulations.-Ensure compliance of daily activity within the Factory Disciplines and safety regulation.-To undertake other responsibilities/any ad-hoc task when assigned by Head of Department by time to time.
