Facilities & Maintenance Manager

**FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE MANAGER**(Salary of RM7,000 to RM8,000 per month with food allowance)**Qualifications/Skills**:- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in Facilities Operation or in the related field is required for this position.- A strong background in troubleshooting processes is a big plus.- It will also be best if they are either a license Mechanical or Electric Engineer or at least with significant experience in technical and facilities' operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met.- Most familiar in all Facilities Management such as HVAC, STP, Chiller System, Fire Protection System, CCTV, Access Control, BMS System, UPS, etc.- Good communicator, team leader and able to work well with Superiors & Colleagues and support departmental decisions.- Experience in tender processes and procedures is valued.- Preferably Manager specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.**- Preferably chargeman certificate and license of at least an A4.****Duties and Responsibilities**:- To be in charge of building maintenance and facility management for the entire facility.
