And provide comprehensive process management with a focus on continuous improvement and enhancing CPI/KPI deliverables with the application of Best Practices and drive standardization across functional.Facilities ManagementResponsible for site facilities operation.Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staffResponsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLAEnsure compliance with all governmental regulationsThe single point of contact for technical issue for FM at the site.Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities.Managing all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as scheduleDevelop of technical service standardInitiate planning of Critical Environment procedureClient/Stakeholder ManagementManage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achievedBuild strong working relationships with key client representatives and promote JLL's EOS platform and provide a key linkage between the wider JLL organization and the client representative and account teamCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and proceduresReportingEnsure delivery of meaningful inputs across the functional in the development of monthly management reports.Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all information reported associated with Daily Shift Ops Report, Weekly MRM Report, Monthly Report, Risk Assessment, BAR, Maximo PM Closure and other imperative updates.Emergency Call OutStand by 24*7 for all emergency call outsMaintain register of all call outs and prepare incident reportsCoordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of faultInitiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basisInitiate and maintain Preventive Management ProgramResponsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project DevelopmentSolution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completionSound like the job you're looking for? Before you apply, it's also worth knowing what we are looking for:Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3 - 5 years' industrial experience in leading engineering initiatives.
