Facilities Technician (Air Conditioning)/Plentong

**Responsibilities**:- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning systems.- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with air conditioning units.- Conduct repairs and replacements of defective parts.- Install new air conditioning units as needed.- Prepare machine labelling (asset ID) and safety signage for equipment for outlets & factory.- Perform welding tasks for various projects and assignments if needed.- Adhere to safety protocols and standards during all tasks.- Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as required.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment & coordinate procurement of necessary items.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum diploma or equivalent (Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are desirable).- At least 1 year of related working experience is required.- Familiarity with facility management in a similar role, preferably with specialization in air conditioning service.- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing air conditioning systems.- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
