**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's in Engineering or Facilities Management or related field- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in facilities management or building maintenance.- Relevant certifications in facilities management are advantageous.- Priority experience in building facility maintenances.- Able to work under pressure and independently.- Good interpersonal skill and able to work as a team.- Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work on responsibility base rather than job base attitude.- Willing to learn and not just work smart but also work hard are welcome to apply.**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:- To manage the maintenance operation in ensuring that all services are maintained to original and acceptable standard by instituting effective monitoring mechanism, cost effective procedures and control system.- To manage the maintenance operation in ensuring the continuous monitoring of the condition of equipment by anticipating their maintenance need in advance, executing small repair jobs before they become larger jobs or failures and allowing maintenance as much lead time as possible for adequate planning and coordination job prior to execution.- Plans, oversee and direct supervisory activities.- Advises operations Director on cost measures- Responsible for overseeing the preparation of quotation document to ensure procedure is followed.- Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly maintenance report and daily functionality report to client.- Advise on the preparation document to ensure proper procedure is followed.- To ensure the proper implementation of effective maintenance service by organizing and coordinating the execution of such activities.- To ensure the operation maintenance procedure on administration finances and personnel by exercising supervision and control.- To ensure high performance standard is maintained by planning the work schedule.- Coordinating maintenance personnel by revising work which may be required to meet change in schedule, irregular work assignment.- Ensure maximum and efficient utilization of manpower by planning staff training.- Minimize waste of material within his area of responsibility by exercising.- Control and monitoring usage of materials and spares.- Ensure timely execution of workmanship by knowing what is to be done, when it is to be done and how best be down.- Ensure all maintenance work carried out are in compliance with building by law standard code engineering practice.- To undertake renovation/ upgrading refurbish work to prepare preliminary estimates and contract document.- Assist and engage in Quality Management system (QMS) and also assist the company in implementing the ISO system.Application Deadline: 31/05/2024Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 06/10/2024
