An exciting Facility Manager role has just been made available at one of the fastest growing manufacturing companies based within the northern region. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll be tasked on the following responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Leading the Maintenance, Utilities, Facilities and Building Services functions within the organization ensuring efficient operations and minimal downtime within the area. Maintain assets’ compliance towards existing environmental, health and safety and local authority regulations. Maintain proper systems in documenting regularly checks for any utilities/facilities ensuring a proper prevention system is in place to avoid of any facility failure/workplace accidents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field. At least 10 years of experiences within Electrical & Electronics Engineering, PLC & Boiler Management. Reliable, honest, outspoken and transparent reporting with supervisory and technical skills. A leader with high motivation in leading the department to achieve sufficient manpower management & facility safety control.
