Factory Admin

**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and follow up the decoration and layout of the plant in the early stage, coordinate and feedback the problems in the process in time;- Contract signing and filing management for internal and external exchanges (including relevant documents of government departments)- Assist in fixed asset procurement, take charge of asset inventory and maintenance- Feedback, coordination and follow-up handling of emergencies- Organize and implement factory customer reception and conference- Organize and implement factory employee activities and welfare distribution- Other job arranged by the leader**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor degree, about 30 years old, living near the factory is preferred- More than 3 years of administrative related work experience; **FACTORY ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST**:- Have a sense of responsibility, strong initiative, strong execution, communication and coordination ability to solve problems**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Will you require work visa/permit?**Experience**:- Factory Administration: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Chinese (required)- English (required)- Malay (required)
