Factory Supervisor

SAT Group of Companies is an automotive part manufacturer which mainly focus on the fabrication of shock absorbers, coil springs, suspension, brake tubing and the other main automotive parts for cars, 4x4 pickup trucks, commercial trucks, buses and motorcycles.We have more than 40 OEM company customers at global market which are also included market of USA, Malaysia, China, Middle East and Europe.
Responsibilities :
?Supervise the factory, warehouse and production works to ensure the standards of health, clean, safety and production have been complied.
?Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
?Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
?Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
?Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
?Performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements :
?Education : Diploma and above.
?Experience : With relevant working experience at least 3 years. Familiar with IATF 16949 and etc.
?Language : Malay, English, Chinese
?Working hours : 6 working days, Monday to Saturday.
?Proficient in MS : Excel, Word, PPT.
?Self-motivated and willing to share.
?Information sharing and teamwork.
?Must be responsible and independent.
Working Location : Klang Valley / Melaka, Malaysia.
