Family Manager

Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide admin & secretarial support to Director & family
Arranging appointment for personal & professional needs
Managing the household?s schedules and calendars
Event planning, organizing and co-ordination
To make travel arrangements for Director & family members
Scheduling home maintenance, repair work and supervising the project
Handling household bills and administrative duties
Running errands, shopping for food supplies and other requested items
Provide general assistance with children school enrolment, activities, etc
Any other duties as may reasonably be required by Director & Family
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Secretarial studies/Business studies or equivalent
Minimum 3-4 years of working experiences in same or related field
Pleasant, flexible, able to work independently and with good interpersonal and communication skill
Resourceful, meticulous, proactive, highly organized, result oriented and able to milti-task
Good computer skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
