Farm Clerk

_Melbourne Wealth Group_ is an agricultural-based corporate organisation in Johor Bahru that involves in the business of farming and supplying fresh produces. We are looking for a farm clerk to assist with farm operations that the business demands.**Responsibilities**:- Supports farm operator duties as assigned including seeding, transplanting, pruning and any other agronomic operations- Administers all daily operations of the company, including Supply Chain, Quality Control & Assurance (GMP, MyGAP, GlobalGAP, Halal, Mesti, etc)- Administers post-harvest tasks including harvesting, handling, storage, processing and packaging- Responsible for the recording of farm's data, updating the farm's databases and customer records (delivery orders and invoices)- Administers incoming and outbound deliveries- Administers farm's inventories of seeds, materials, equipment and other farm necessities- Monitors and provides feedback on issues related to plants health including nutrient deficiency, tip burn or pest infestations- Monitors and provides feedback on farm practices and operations to be in compliance with government regulations, health, cleanliness and safety standards- Undertakes any other related or reasonable duties as instructed by upper management**Job Requirements**- Willing to work on site at the farm in Ayer Hitam, Johor- Education: Diploma in Agriculture, Crop Science, Plantation, Food Technology, Food Biotechnology or its equivalents- Working experience: Minimum 1 year experience- Language: Intermediate proficiency in English and Malay- Skills: MS Office and Gmail, basic computing, basic mathematics, information and data entry, organisation (detail-oriented), time management, teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, professional and interpersonal communication, and decent attention span**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Ayer Hitam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- working: 1 year (required)License/Certification:- Driving License (required)
