**Job and working location - You will be based in Yong Peng, Johor****Job Overview & Purpose**:To assist the Senior Veterinarian in ensure the chicken farming's management and production activities are according to safe and good practices. Including maintaining the quality of chicken by diagnosing and preventing diseases and injuries, maintaining farm hygiene, farm productivity to achieve cost effectiveness.**Career progression & opportunities**- To be promoted to Senior Veterinarian**Responsibilities**:1. To obtain entire technical skills in operating on flock health programs including biosecurity for disease prevention and maximize poultry performance;2. you are required to have constant interaction with Farm manager, Farm supervisor on related farm issues including to monitor and maintain health of the chickens;3. To investigate any disease related to the chickens, monitor the animal's condition, conduct post mortem on the animal to diagnose disease, knowing the sampling method, and implement control measures at farms for disease prevention;4. You are responsible to monitor the food consumption and utilization of veterinary products of the animals to ensure they are safe and beneficial to health within company policies and standards;5. You are responsible to maintain the hygiene of farm and productivity;6. You are responsible to the use of vaccine and schedule for vaccination;7. Accept any other ad-hoc duties assignment from superior when needed.**Qualification**:1. Doctorate degree in veterinary, possession with Veterinary or equivalent and must be recognised by Dept. of Veterinary Services (DVS);2. Working knowledge in farm management, must be able to identify and solve problems.**Experience**:1.
