Fcl Export Manager

Responsible for day-to-day smooth running of FCL operational activities- Manage shipments tendered to the company in a timely manner to achieve profitability.- Establish and manage relationships and rapport with all carriers, forwarders, transporters, warehouse operators, etc.- Ensure activities carried out are adhering to corporate compliance, global/local policies, and guidelines;- Manage and maintain the requirements for export documentation in compliance with CBP and other government agencies- Actively engage in shipments problem solving- Responsible for the selection and training of team members.- Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the teams to ensure optimum team and individual performance;**Requirement**- Diploma or Bachelor' degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in Ocean freight forwarding industries- Good knowledge of FCL Ocean freight forwarding in general- Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation and change- Able to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines- Good team player**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
