Field Audit Assistant

To conduct field audit and daily inspection on the overall estate operation including weeding, manuring, harvesting, job quality etc. as to ensure that tasks are carried out according to specifications or set standard- To ensure the compliance of Company's policy and procedures- Compilation of data based on findings and preparation of daily reports- To carry out investigation on suspicious records or substandard works or records- Ad hoc tasks from the Management/superior from time to time**Job Requirements**:- Possess at least certificate/Diploma in any related field of study- Able to write in Malay and English- Team player, trustworthy, good discipline, good meticulous skills & self motivated- Could be a stepping stone or career platform for other executive positions- Must be physical fit with excellent health condition- Accommodation & transportation shall be provided.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Bintulu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Field: 1 year (preferred)
