You will carry out and support site installation and commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.Responsibilities & Requirements:- Read and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documents- Build and maintain strong customer relationships- Support customers during site visits through troubleshooting issues- Review and evaluate customer's processes to achieve equipment relia- Find, develop and implement technical solutions for special problems- Establish safe and proper work area and follow all safety requirements- Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities- Provide technical support and training as needed- Other duties as assignedPreferred Experience / Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Organized and efficient- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word- Able to work well with a team- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or any technical drawing tools are a plus- Experience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industries- Ability to reprioritize daily while still producing deliverables- Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, especially offshore platforms- BS or BA Degree in relevant field and / or 0-2 years relevant experience**Req ID** : R-6410**Job Family Group** : Operations**Job Family** : OP Field ServiceEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
