Field Supervisor

**About the role**The Field Supervisor will be assisting the Estate assistant manager on the upkeep and day-to-day running of a private estate.**Responsibilities**- Assist in organizing the administration management and work in the estate.- Assist in planning daily activities in the estate in order to achieve the production target.- Assist on plan the requirement of workers, vehicle and estate material (fertilizer, herbicide)- Assist maintenance and repair of Estate property, equipment and machineries.- Assist in provide planning and programmed for harvesting, pruning, spraying and manuring for the Estate operation based on requirement.- Ensure workers deliver their task accordingly and report to supervisor at any time.- Ensure all in progress job in a good track.- Assist in provide training and S.O.P on estate safety.**Competitive Staff Benefits**- 20 days annual leave (< 2 years of service)- Outpatient allowance (covers family)- Medical group insurance plan (cover spouse only)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Gua Musang: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
