Field Technician

Requirements:- Fieldwork and able to work under the hot sun- Basic communication skills- Fast learner- Have driving license- Able to use navigation apps- Both Junior & Senior technicians are encouraged to applyResponsibility- Managing on-site servicing, testing and maintenance- Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors/ technical problems and determining proper solutions- Operating vending machine in a safe manner- Following company procedures and protocols- Documenting processes- Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the company- Building positive relationships with customers- Senior technicians must be able to work independently to perform service and maintenance, including on-site troubleshooting of faulty water vending machinesAdditional Benefits:- EPF, SOCSO & EIS- Medical benefit**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
