Finance & Accounts Executive

Understand Clients' business, processes and accounts;- Accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions, banking transactions, bank reconciliations and SST- Have the knowledge to close accounts;- Prepare monthly financial statements for clients;- Ensure all accounting and HR-related statutory deadlines are adhered to.- Liaise with external providers, such as auditor and tax agents;- Communicate with Clients on day-to-day matters;- Supervision of junior staff**; Requirements**:- Degree in Finance and Accounting with professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, MICPA or ICAEW)- Knowledge and skills in cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero and Autocount;- Knowledge in MS Office and double-entry- Able to speak, read and write in English fluently and articulate well when communicating with clients;- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus.- Minimum 3 years' working experience in the same capacity;- Have some SST knowledge or undergone some SST training;- Customer-oriented mindset and attitude towards internal and external customers;- A highly dependent person with a sense of urgency, responsibility and result-oriented- Able to work under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines;- Living and willing to work in Puchong.
