**Position Title : Finance Admin Manager****Industry :Industrial Packaging Manufacturing****Location: Shah Alam,Kota Kemuning****Salary Range: Up to RM12000****Job Summary**We're seeking a dynamic Finance and Administration Manager to lead our financial and administrative functions. The role involves overseeing financial strategies, accounting, cost control, and administrative operations.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.- Oversee day-to-day accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.- Coordinate external audits and regulatory compliance.- Implement cost control measures and conduct regular cost analyses.- Optimise administrative processes and implement effective controls- Lead and motivate the accounts team.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
