1.0 JOB SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBAdministrative Assistants are responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the department2.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. To manage and maintain the filing system to ensure it is up to date and easily accessible as and when required.2. To update the staff attendance in the HR system accordingly.3. To handle licenses and insurance matter for company vehicle, office and vessels.4. To coordinate with local delivery and courier service.5. Purchase and prepare office stationery and pantry supplies.6. Liaise with relevant body/institution/organization related to Admin matters (eg: MBKT, etc).7. To provide general administrative support to the department as such upkeep documentations, staff travel support services which include hotel booking, flight booking etc.8. To coordinate and align with other departments in line with Company's strategy.9. Plan and implement administrative procedures and effectively manage the day to day administrative functions10. To assist Income Audit's section whenever necessary.3.0 QUALIFICATIONS:- Minimum SPM- Minimum one (1) year successful track record at a similar capacity- Able to communications in English and Bahasa- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint- Able to work under pressure- Self-starter, results oriented and also a team player- Resourceful and reliable in meeting objectives and expectations- WILLING TO WORK AT PULAU REDANG**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Kuala Terengganu (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Terengganu: Relocate before starting work (required)
