Finance Assistant

**Position Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.- Prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure against budgets.- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.- Handle vendor payments, invoicing, and expense reimbursements.- Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits and regulatory compliance.- Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.**Requirements**:- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Proven experience (1 or 2 years) working in finance or accounting roles.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Excel.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience in the arcade or entertainment industry is a plus, but not required.Pay: RM1,273.78 - RM5,693.63 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus
