Finance Assistant-Jalan Klang Lama

Responsibilities- Assist in daily account operation and data entry.- Assist in account receivable & monthly report.- Assist in accounts payable monthly scheduled & issuance cheques to supplier /staff claims/ rental/ refund.- Assist with student financial aid including study grant, PTPTN loans ,EPF withdrawal.- Assist to handle and follow up student inquiries with prompt problem solving skills.- To support the College's events organized during weekend or public holidays.- Undertaking other ad-hoc tasks/duties of similar nature.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year working experience with accounting background- Able to work in high-pressure situations with timely execution and meet the tight deadlines.- Ensure team-work spirit to achieve goals common to department and Company.- Response positively and ready to adapt to a change in the working environment.- Your positive attitude, initiation and commitment are expected in performing your duties.- Adhere to Company Rules and Regulations.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 09/01/2023
