They are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to support the business.Your key responsibilities includes:- Handle budgeting and forecasting processes- Responsible for analysis on financials (actual vs forecasts) and providing solutions to drive business- Manage cost controlling.- Co-ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements- Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering- Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax- At least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)- A minimum of 6 years of experience in scope involving financial reporting, business partnering, and FP&A with a solid foundation in controllership- A proven track record of being a key contributor to the business's commercial value and prior experience in Controlling- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
