Finance Executive (Account Receivable)

**_Responsibility_**- Perform daily collection submitted by sellers.- Compile and update cash and cheques collected.- Key in system and release AR batch for all branches after checking.- Identify discrepancies in OR and issue debit notes (DN) to customers where needed.- Update AR disputes tracking.- Issue Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) agreement letter for customer where needed.- Issue DN for cheque returned and update in system.- Create new customer account in system.- Maintain customer information, including active/inactive account requested by sales manager**_Benefits_**- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave- Annual Bonus- Training provided- 5 working days
