Finance Executive

Responsibilities - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports and analysis. - Cashflow planning and forecasts which will require you to work with multiplestakeholders for inputs. Experience in arrangement of bank facilities will beadvantageous. - Coordinate monthly stocktakes and resolve variances with Operations, reportingany exceptions to the Management. - Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and records. - Set standard costs of manufactured goods, including standard rates for material,labour and overheads. - Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports, including variancereports, making strategic suggestions to management to improve processes andcosts. - Develop inventory analysis reports and analyse variances. Assist in the improvementof internal controls related to inventory. - Record, analyse, report and file transactions, operation-log, feedbacks andsuggestions periodically and upon request - Take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
