Finance Executive

We are looking for Finance Executive to fill vacant positions at BaWangChaJi Group's Headquarter. These positions play a vital role in ensuring healthy financial status of the HQ by executing financial and accounting related task assigned. The duties include the following but not limited to:- Responsible for Accounts Receivable (AR) or Accounts Payable (AP) function.- Responsible for sales ledger for accounts receivable, sales (AR) recons preparation. Timely follow up on payments due from customers and clear till accounts timeliness.- Responsible for purchase ledger for accounts payable, purchase (AP) recons preparation. Timely payment to supplier to ensure smoothness in operation.- Prepare monthly invoice for intercompany billing.- Prepare payment voucher.- Ensure all accounting entries are in compliance with accounting standard practice and support month end closing of accounts which includes bank recons, preparation of schedule for balance sheet items.- Assist in audit.- Maintain good filing system.- Any ad-hoc tasks that is assigned.**Requirements**:- At least a Diploma in Accounting.- Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.- Communicate well in English or Mandarin and coordination skills.- Team player with good interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance principles and procedures**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
