Finance Executive

Job Requirements:- Having experience in accounting or audit firm background is added advantage.- Knowledge of **SQL is preferred and account software.**:- Detail-oriented, strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently.- Able to work independently and under stress and must be positive thinking and keep to learn.**Responsibilities**:- Preparation of full set of accounts including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation.- Responsible for montly cash flow, handling tax compliance work such as tax estimation, tax filing, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.- Responsible for preparation of audited financial statements, notes to accounts, audit schedules and attend to auditors' queries.- Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies and SOP.- Perform financial analysis and review annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes.- Perform data entry, filling and other clerical duties as assigned.- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare bank reconciliation.- Any ad-hoc task when assigned by superiors.Application Deadline: 03/02/2024Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 03/02/2024Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
