Finance - Executive

Ensure Accounts Receivables entries are properly accounted for.- Ensure payments are properly managed and to avoid double payment- Ensure receipts are matched accordingly to invoices- Properly maintain Accounts Payables Aging- Payments are prepared on a timely manner- Ensure accrual of expenses upon month-end closing- Good in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, words, power points)- Hands-on with accounting systemExposure to Sales and Service Tax (SST) is an advantage.- Majoring Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experiences in Finance department at accounts executive position, preferably from Shopping Mall industry**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
