Finance Executive

Position Title: Finance Executive (Costing)Industry: ManufacturingLocation: Malacca**Salary**: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000**Responsibilities**:- Costing - Conduct monthly cost review and provide support to ensure thatcost profile is effectively managed, including inventory valuation, costallocation, with the objective to assist in operations and performanceeffectively. Handling the allocation methodology, preparing and maintainingstandard cost, for inventories and new product costing. Set up standard cost.- Projection & Forecast - Forecasted P&L, with projection of Sales & productiondata. Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs.- Budgeting - Annual Budget process - compile sales, operation & cost data,evaluate & interpret data submitted in generating profitable budget and ensuretimely submission to Board of Directors review. Creating awareness onbudget and KPI owners to meet or exceed standards through detailedunderstanding of the key factors.- Reporting - Manage KPI process to ensure analysis by respective ownersand cost control. Ensure plant scorecard is updated timely, updating Board ofDirector. Variance analysis report and review with respective businesspartners on a weekly basis.- Audit & Compliance - Work side by side with external and internal auditorsrelevant to the costing area.**Requirements**:- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / CIMA or its equivalent- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for thisposition.- Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports. Maintain andComputation of actual and standard costing. Proactive analysis of variancesbetween actual costing and standard costing. Compile and analyse productrelated costing and reporting.- Knowledge in **Manufacturing Costing** is a MUST.- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently (oral &written).- Proactive and able to work independently and as a team.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillscalculations**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Malacca City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Full Set Account: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)License/Certification:- ACCA (required)
