Finance Executive

Role Summary: As Myra's Finance Executive, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of a property development company, ensuring that financial goals are achieved and that financial risks are mitigated. They must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also have a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality, and be knowledgeable about financial regulations and standards. Responsibilities: financial reporting. Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to senior management. Developing financial strategies and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. Managing relationships with financial institutions and investors. Preparing financial reports for investors and other stakeholders. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align financial strategy with overall business objectives. Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures. Job Requirements: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Several years of experience in finance, preferably in the property development industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial management software and tools. Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
