The primary responsibilities are to coordinate, lead, and manage all fundraising activities for the company that align with the company's direction and objectives;- Identify and analyse funding opportunities, using financial modelling to combine accounting, finance, and business metrics to predict the potential impact of future events on a company's performance;- Responsible for the overall direction and control of all company financial matters such as financial accounting, management accounting, financial planning and internal auditing;- Works with the CFO/GED to develop a financial plan, negotiate and structure financial details, including developing new income sources from shares, loans etc;- Support in targeting and winning business;- Liaise with all parties involved in financial transactions and assist with negotiation;- Liaise with the company secretary and legal manager on all corporate matters;- Promotion of Quality Risk thinking;- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.Job Requirement:- Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent;- Min 5-10 years' experience in finance tasks, corporate finance and investment banking;- Strong financial modelling skills, internal control and management reporting system;- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving;- Management and leadership abilities;- Flexible and highly resourceful with the ability to work independently;- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Corporate finance: 7 years (preferred)
