Finance Manager

Location: Muar
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Candidate must be a MIA or CPA member

At least 8 year(s) of working experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lead change and fulfil corporate mission

Responsibilities:

To oversee the Finance department daily operation.

To ensure timely submission of financial reports, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting and statutory reports.

Develop and maintain good relationship with bankers and associate companies.

To set-up departmental goals and objectives.

Liaise with auditor and tax consultant.

Analyze monthly financial report with comparing the budget vs actual reports.

Staff morale up-bringing and motivation.

Cultivate positive working environment for all staffs.

To perform any ad-hoc assignment delegated by superior from time to time
