Finance Manager

Job scope - Manage strategic and financial planning activities of the company including Cashflow Forecasting and Projections, Treasury management - Involved in Annual Budgeting - potential to manage all of the BURSA MALAYSIA announcement and dealing with compliance and answer to MSHWG and prepare Investor Pack - Preparation of Statutory Reporting and Governance - including financial statements, Year-end Audit - Preparation of Audit and presentation to the board of directors - Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit, tax matters, and any other corporate governance (transfer pricing/ tax on employee shares scheme) - Provide an overview of M&A activities. - Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/ financial/ accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc. - Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit of the Group with full compliance of new MFRS and corporate governance guidelines on Public Listed Companies. - Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Requirement: - Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. - Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, MIA, CPA. - Minimum 10 years' working experience in manufacturing fields. - Able to work independently and lead a Finance team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status. - Consolidation knowledge and experience are required - Proficiency in both verbal and written mandarin. Bilingual or tri-lingual is a plus. - audit and commercial experience - Experience in PLC is preferred
