Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.2. Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.3. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.4. Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.5. Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.6. Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.7. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.Qualification:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.2. Good command of Mandarin.3. 5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.4. Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.5. Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.6. Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.7. Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL.8.
