The plaza also features a state-of-the-art cable car system, which connects SkyAvenue to the mid-hill Genting Highlands Premium Outlets, carrying up to 3,600 passengers per hour per way.If you are searching for a dynamic career full of exciting growth opportunities; look no further and join us today!Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for the financial accounting and reporting functions of property segment and tenancy division of the Group- Formulate and review the policies and procedures to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable informaiton for control and management purpose- Responsible for the review and analysis of monthly management reports and provide management with timely and accurate financial information- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accounting standards and statutory requirements- Responsible for liaising with the external auditors- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management from time to timeQualification- A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.- Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA).- Minimum 6 years accounting experience and 1 year experience at managerial level.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.- Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
