**Our Group of companies (the Group) are involved in property investment and property development activities. We are now expanding our business and embarking on several property development projects in prime areas in KL, Selangor and Perak. These projects comprise landed and high- rise developments with an estimated GDV of more than RM1 billion.****In tandem with our expansion and new property development projects, we seek a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our Group. This is a rare opportunity for those seeking an exciting career opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and fast expanding Group.****Responsibilities**- Closing and preparation of monthly management accounts of the Group.- Prepare management reports on financial performance to present to senior management and directors.- Prepare periodic budgets and funding requirements- Manage treasury functions and monitor funding requirements- Monitor the financial performance against budget and project costing and propose/implement appropriate action plans to address any issues accordingly.- Liaise with bankers on banking facilities and other banking matters- Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professional parties.- Supervise the daily operations and staff of the Group Finance Department- Ensure adherence to the Group's accounting policies, financial controls, governance and risk management framework and operating policies.- High attention to detail and accuracy.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance- At least 3 years working experience in the finance department of Property Development companies.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision- Good interpersonal, analytical and report writing skills- Able to establish strong control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint) and familiar with computerized accounting system (Autocount Software)**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 3 years (preferred)- Finance: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- English/Malay (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)Expected Start Date: 09/01/2023
