Client is a leading scrap ferrous metal trader.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Responsible for all aspects of account/ financial-related activities including accounting, financial reports and analysis, auditing, taxation and forecasts for the Company.- Responsible for the preparation and consolidating of monthly management reports, financial statements and cash flow forecast and projection.- Review of GL account postings on a periodical basis to ensure accuracy and following general account practice- Ensure proper reconciliations are done between operation and accounting software.- Assist Group Finance Manager with the requirement of Internal and External Audit and reporting requirement.- Monitoring cash flow of the company and to prepare monthly and yearly budgets for profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow statements,- Preparation of stock costing, and to review stock listing and fixed asset listing.- Preparing payroll and statutory contribution on monthly basis and to provide general HR support to all employees- Handling of directors' personal matters such as tax and banking.- Assist to oversee and to support admin and operation department.- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by immediate superior**REQUIREMENT**- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of managerial experience leading teams- Strong technical knowledge in general accounting principles and policies- Good communication and inter-personal skills in working with different stakeholders in cross cultural and matrix-reporting environment- Able to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines in a fast paced and high transactional volume environment and be willing to be hands-on at handling complex and ambiguous situations- Has a strong sense of ethics and be a gatekeeper for controls with significant impact to the entity- Location : Krubong, Melaka- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm- Car / Transportation will be provided**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
