Position Overview:As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and operational aspects of our company independently. This position requires a candidate with a strong background in finance, accounting, and operational management, particularly within the electric vehicle charging industry.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets.Bookkeeping:• Manage the company's financial records and ensure they are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with relevant regulations.• Work closely with external auditors during financial audits.Customer Usage Reports:• Develop and maintain comprehensive usage reports for customers, providing insights into charging patterns, billing details, and account statements.• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer understanding of their usage data.Operational Management:• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and identify areas for improvement.Excel Proficiency:• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create financial models, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making purposes.• Automate and streamline financial and operational reporting processes.Qualifications:• Open to Local Malaysians only• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience in finance and operations roles, preferably in the electric vehicle charging industry.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and other financial software.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:1.
