Finance Officer

Preparation of budgets/ monthly cash flow- Managing records and receipts- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions- Preparing balance sheets/ P&L Report- Keep tracking Invoices- Preparing employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software (UBS)- Processing invoices/ cash vouchers- Report on payroll expenses- Payment follow up with client- Providing customer service to clients- Resolve financial disputes raised by the client- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters- Supporting the Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required- **Qualifications and experience**_- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics and Commerce._- 1-2years financial team management, reporting and control experience._- A thorough understanding of financial governance practices_- Timely provision of reliable reports_- Experience in managing/leading work teams_- Preferable Married_Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Financial Team Management, Reporting and Control: 1 year (preferred)
