**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Responsible in preparing full set accounts: GL, AR & AP- Responsible for payment process, familiar with internet banking- Ensure bank balances are updates regularly and perform timely bank reconciliations- Preparing monthly accounts closing- Project financial statements- Maintain record and files for internal & external audit- Liaise with internal and external parties e.g., auditors, bankers- To work closely with programme and operations department on reporting matters- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Must possess at least 1 - 2 years of related experience in handling full set of accounts- Must posses experience in bulk payment process- Proficient and skilled with accounting knowledge and processes- A self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision- Good ICT skills - Microsoft Dynamics 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
