Finance Payroll Executive (6 Months Contract)

Position: Finance and Payroll Executive(6-month Contract)Overview:**Responsibilities**:1. Payroll Processing:- Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees.- Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time.- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.2. Financial Transactions:- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.- Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts.- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.3. Compliance and Documentation:- Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.- Maintain accurate payroll and financial records.- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.4. Support and Collaboration:- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data for payroll.- Coordinate with other departments to resolve finance-related issues.- Assist in special finance projects as needed.5. Software Proficiency:- Utilize payroll manual template and accounting software effectively.- Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Proven experience in payroll processing and financial accounting (minimum 2 years).- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.This is a great opportunity for a skilled Finance and Payroll professional to contribute to our team on a temporary basis.
