Finance Technology & Business Analyst

Key Roles and Responsibilities-Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach-Prepare detailed as-is and to-be Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document)-Develop and manage high level project plans for implementation projects, managing full cycle RPA implementations-Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget-Provide continuous updates to RPA stakeholders during project delivery-Manage and lead a high performing team focused on RPA projects delivery-Perform estimation and scoping of projects-Display digital technology savviness by willingness to explore and recommend application of new technology as per client business requirements, testing where relevant-Implement new technology in client's environment, where relevant
What we would like from you:-Experience in Finance Shared services, audit or commercial finance is preferred-Professional qualification in Accounting-Keen interest in finance and accounting technology landscape with a healthy dose of learning appetite to be IT savvy-Good command of English, both verbal and written-Strong desire to develop yourself, work fast, think fast and deliver, on time in full-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-A strong and effective communicator with executive, middle management, SMEs and business stakeholders-Flexibility in delivering projects of different scale and magnitude-A forward thinker and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge-Ability to manage team and different stakeholders in successful completion of the projects
