The role is encourage to evolve rapidly through streamlining and automating of processes. As an Accountant, you will focus on accounting, operation and reporting for Micron entities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Handle day-to-day accounting or operation activitiesPerform month-end close activities including preparing journal entriesPrepare and present monthly account reconciliations, variance analysis and ad hoc reportsEnsure compliances to accounting GAAPs, policies and SOX controlsSupport internal and external auditProvide mentorship and training to internal customers and peersCommunicate with business partners and finance analystsSupport internal & external partnersAd hoc task or project as assignedKey SkillMicrosoft Excel skillsSAP experience highly desirableExperience in Blackline/ Model N/ Ariba & Concur preferredExperience in data analysis & result orientedExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to act and operate independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to work under strict deadlines in a rapidly changing environmentJapanese or other foreign language abilities will be added advantageEducation & ExperienceQualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or Degree in Accounting/FinanceShared service experience and/or audit experience preferred>1 year accounting or audit experience preferredFresh graduates are welcome to applyWorking arrangementOpen for hybrid working arrangement.
