It involves partnering with the operations on inventory related SOX compliance and point of contact to Global Finance COE and external auditors, PWC on cycle count observations and matters. Apart from inventory, the job also offers exposure to close and forecasting activities. The role reports to the Business Finance Site Director.Job responsibilities (includes but not limited to):Perform bi-annual cycle count observations for Raw Materials, Spares, WIP and Finished Goods.Respond to quarterly SOX compliance for slow moving inventory.Liaison between factory operations and PWC for external audit cycle count observations for interim and annual audit for MMP. Resolve issues and/or roadblocks if any.Perform IP scrap observations.Perform startup, cost center, GL reclass during close.Perform close and forecast for EHS department.Analyse Freight Allocations to MMP for both close and budget.Skills/Competency:Intermediate excel skillsExperience with SAPAbility to work independently and under tight deadlinesAbility to work under dynamic situationsAttention to detailsCritical thinkingAble to work well with people/team playerStrong CommunicationEducation/Experience:Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 3 years' experienceExperience in Manufacturing/Semiconductor sector is preferred
