Financial Controller

**Financial Controller Job Description**:- A Finance Controller is a professional responsible for preparing a company's financial reports, which include balance sheets and income statements. They also assist in compliance audits and monitoring internal controls to ensure that everyone does their job correctly.- **Skills Required**:- Diverse knowledge in International Accounting.- Exceptional numeracy skills.- Up to date with International regulations.- Leadership and team management.- Handles deadlines and pressure situations well.- Business acumen.- Strategic planning.- **_Additional Credentials:_**:- Mandarin and other language proficient- More than 5 years of International Accounting experience- R**esponsibilities include**:- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting- Research technical accounting issues for compliance- Support month-end and year-end close process- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls as well as financial risk procedures.- Additional controller duties as necessary**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Work from homeCOVID-19 considerations:Due to COVID, we are working remotely and you will work from home.**Experience**:- work: 5 years (required)Expected Start Date: 12/01/2023
