The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Identify levers of cost improvement via data analysis, benchmarking of metricsPropose action plan to capture and realise cost leversMonitoring and tracking key metrics relating to cost improvement including working closely with respective ops leadsInvolves in multiple initiatives across all SPX teams including First Mile, Sorting Centre, Line Haul & Last MileRequirements:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Supply ChainStrong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to derive insightsWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
