They are looking for an experienced **Finished Goods Planner** to be based on site.---------------- **Salary Package & Benefits**:- Basic salary- 13th-month salary- Annual Bonus- Health and Safety insurance- Medical benefit, Optical benefit, Dental benefit- 21 annual leave days per year---------------- **Responsibilities**:- **Function Management**_- Identify and resolve shortages through efficient scheduling for optimal inventory levels.- Ensure timely response to internal and external customers, considering capacity and raw material availability.- Adhere to quality, safety, industrial hygiene, and best practice standards.- Identify and implement improvement opportunities.- Contribute to Planning Strategy alignment with business needs.- Handle escalations for problem resolution and priority issues.- Monitor department workload and calendars for balance.- Communicate and collaborate with relevant areas to resolve issues.- Achieve and maintain service level targets.- Control obsolescence using the SLOB Tool for Inventory at Risk assessment.- Provide mid-to-long-term forecasts to procurement.- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.- Review customer orders for raw material resale demands.- Create and release repack process orders as required.- Resolve or escalate order-related issues, collaborating with production, customer care, and affiliates.- Work closely with Project Manager, Project Team, and Site team for successful Production Transfer Projects.- **People Management**_- Recruit, train, coach the FG Planning Team.- Supervise staff to ensure that all tasks are performed.- Document performance and provide on-going feedback (e.g., conducting mid-year and end year reviews), addressing behavior and job performance, recommending hiring, firing and annual salary increases---------------- **Job Requirements**:- **Minimum of Diploma** in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or other related studies.- Open to any industry/background, but **experience in FMCG is preferred.**:- At least **5 years **of relevant **working experience.**:- Experience in raw material purchasing, production coordinating and scheduling, storage planning and distribution would have an added advantage.- Good communication skills in **English is a must.**---------------- **Other Info**:- Working days**:Monday - Friday (T&C applied)**:- Working hours**:8:00am - 5pm (T&C applied)**:- Location: Ayer Keroh**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
